đź’Ş What happens now? I have thoughts.

We all deserve to be on higher ground.
Happy New Year.
I'm not doing the whole "new year new you" thing because honestly? You're probably the same person you were last week.
(I am just a less well rested person after 19 days of winter break, replete with a magical Christmas, a beach trip, 723 playdates/sleepovers/outings for the 4 girls, 17 swim team practices, and (sadly) the passing of our beloved dog. It’s been an emotional few weeks.)
Sloane convinced us to wear matching sweatsuits.
Here's what I've been thinking about instead:
Every January, we tell ourselves this is the year we'll get our shit together. Our finances. Our systems. Our LinkedIn profile that's been collecting dust since 2019.
And then February happens. And March. And suddenly it's December and we're like "well, maybe next year."
I don't want that for you. I really don't. (And I certainly don’t want it for me!)
So here's what I'm doing in 2026 - and how you can work with me if you want to. Two paths. Pick the one that makes sense for where you are right now. (But I hope you’ll choose one. Really. If you’ve been on the fence about swapping money for a night out and using it instead to future-proof your making-money skills, swap it now. It’s time. The things we’re doing this year are the things I *wish* I’d learned when I was 25.)
Option 1: Launch Velocity Sprint (starts January 7 - as in, TOMORROW!)
This is for the people who want to sprint out of the gate. Three back-to-back challenges over 50 days that set up your entire year.
The Cash Flow Command Challenge kicks off January 7th. Ten days, 15 minutes a day, and you'll finally stop winging it with your money. This is built for solopreneurs, consultants, small business owners - or people who THINK they might make that pivot sometime soon. Forecasting systems. Business structure. Tax organization. Pricing. The stuff that separates profitable businesses from expensive hobbies. It's $50 and honestly, if you've been flying blind financially (tracking income in your head, scrambling at tax time), this is the fastest way to fix it.
Then AI Basics to Advantage for 21 days starting January 21st. AI is a very big thing. I know you've bookmarked the articles. You've told yourself you should “figure it out.” This challenge is where you actually implement one practical system every single day. I’ve been experimenting with so many different systems and ideas - and I’m so excited to share what I’ve learned. Email workflows that cut inbox time by 60-70%. Content systems that turn one idea into ten formats. Research that aggregates itself. Real automation that saves you actual hours. It's $99 and I'm doing it WITH you, which means you'll actually finish.
Finally, LinkedIn Growth Mode for 21 days starting February 17th. This is not Linkedin 101 - this is LinkedIn 201. We're going beyond "post consistently" into relationship architecture, AI-powered engagement, and conversion pathways that turn your network into your most valuable business asset. Also $99.
Every challenge is 15 minutes a day, weekdays only. You get curated accountability groups. You get a Circle community where you can watch other people implement in real time and not feel so alone in this.
If you have any questions, just hit reply to this email and I'll get back to you today!
Option 2: Become a member and work with me all year
If you want ongoing support - like, ALL year - membership is where we do the deeper work together.
The membership changes every year because I’m not repeating the same lesson plans - a skill I learned from my mother’s brilliant 36 year career as a teacher.
2026 is about operating systems. We’re moving away from tactics (although you can find PLENTY of great information on basic skills in our vault of past workshops!) This year, we’re focus on the foundational infrastructure you need to actually scale your business or career without burning out.
We're covering all the systems you need to set up or scale your solopreneur, freelancing, consulting, small business/agency work: financial operations, content and marketing systems, network architecture, client acquisition, time management, service delivery, your tech stack - all of it. Monthly workshops (video, audio, transcript, plus implementation guides you can actually use). Co-working sessions with me. Access to 75+ past expert webinars. Curated accountability pods.
This is for you if you're thinking of making a move to work on your own (or think you should prepare to do so just in case) or you've already pivoted and you want to scale/be more efficient.
The membership "year" kicks off on March 1 - but if you sign up now, you'll gain immediate access to The Riveter's private programming, include 3 final masterclasses for the 2025 year and office hours!
Self-paced access to 75+ expert webinars and replays, plus monthly 2026 "Operating System" workshops
Monthly 1-hour "get it done" co-working sessions with me (not coaching, instead we share goals, work on mute, reconvene for status reports!)
Member directory and invitations to offline events, including Riveter Retreat (but does not include third-party sponsored events). Member discount for Riveter Retreat!
BONUS! If you join before January 15th, you'll lock in a bonus Superpower Mini Hour session with me - a 20-minute rapid-fire strategic call where I research your specific problem and tell you exactly what to do next. (You canread more about Superpower Mini Hours here, valued at $150!)
So what's it going to be?
Sprint hard with Launch Velocity? Build systems all year with membership? Both?
I'm not going to lie - I hate being salesy. (I'll repeat: I HATE SENDING SALES EMAILS.) But I also know that the people who figure out how to work independently in this economy aren't lucky. They have systems. And I'm really good at helping people build systems that actually work.
I also have a really incredible network of brilliant folks who want to help me help you - and who we can bring in for expert sessions, connection making, and more.
There isn't a college to return to if you want to learn how to pivot away from corporate America. But this is what I'm doing over here. Sharing what I know. Building community. Making it less lonely and less overwhelming. (And when we can meet up IRL, creating incredible experiences together. See below for more on that.)
You don't have to do this alone.
Let's go.
Amy
P.S. The Cash Flow Command challenge literally starts tomorrow. If your finances are even slightly messier than you'd like - and whose aren't? - this is your sign. Ten days, $50, actual clarity. Grab your spot now!
P.P.S. You saw reference above to IRL magic that we're creating together in The Riveter membership. I'm doing MORE of this in 2026 and here is what we have lined up already:
February 25: Day-long experience with wellness activations before the New Media Summit (Austin, TX)
March 12: Fun activation during SXSW (Austin, TX)
Revelry + Repast dinners (curated conversation):
Los Angeles (January)
Phoenix/Scottsdale (February)
Columbus (January + August)
Austin (April)
Dallas (likely April)
Nashville (likely June)
Washington, D.C. (October)
New York (TBD)
Riveter Retreat: November 11-14, 2026 (West Coast!)
Other gatherings: Mom 2.0 (Austin), RTRX (Columbus), and more
P.P.P.S. If working with me isn’t the right fit - or you want to go deeper with others, I’m sharing a few memberships that I’m signing up for this year tomorrow, along with other really great deep focus programs you may want to add on!

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 11 Before we dive into today’s conversation, this must be said: We are heartbroken by Hamas’ terrorist attacks on Israel. We will always use this platform to speak up for what we believe in - and what we don’t. Rosie, TikTok & the Dire Need for Our Voices There is a lot wrong with social media. As the mother of four young girls, I think about this a lot. They aren’t old enough to join any platform yet but someday they will be. How will I approach it? What do I say? Because...
